Your Legal Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, contact us at sac@truwhiteshop.com within 14 days of delivery. This statutory right is in addition to, and unaffected by, the policy below.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your legal right to cancel, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Start a Return

Email sac@truwhiteshop.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm your eligibility and provide instructions before you send anything back — please don't return an item without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the cost and provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your return is not approved, we'll let you know why and explain your options.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened oral care products (including whitening strips, mouthwash, toothpaste tablets, and whitening/oil pulling products) cannot be returned, except as covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee below.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you've used your TruWhite product consistently for at least 7 consecutive days and you're not satisfied with your results, contact us within 30 days of your purchase with a short description of your experience, and we'll work with you on a resolution. This guarantee applies to your first purchase only.
