Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom. We plan to expand shipping to the United States and Australia — check back for updates.

Where We Ship From

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment location in the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer Standard and Priority tracked shipping within the UK. Standard orders typically arrive within 2 business days of dispatch, and Priority orders typically arrive within 1 business day of dispatch. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch Notifications

You'll receive an email confirming your order, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

UK orders are not subject to customs duties. If we begin shipping internationally, any applicable customs fees or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at sac@truwhiteshop.com within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve it.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
