How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a TruWhite product, you authorise us to automatically charge your chosen payment method and ship your product on a recurring basis, according to the frequency you select at checkout.

Subscription Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle, at the price shown at checkout, unless you're notified of a price change in advance.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting sac@truwhiteshop.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

Subscription Shipments and Returns

Standard return rules in our Refund Policy apply to subscription shipments, except where noted in this policy — for example, our Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first order, not to subscription renewals.

Subscription Modifications

You can change your product, delivery frequency, or skip an upcoming shipment by contacting us or managing your subscription through your account, subject to any cut-off deadlines before your next billing date.

"I Forgot I Had a Subscription"

Because we send reminder and confirmation emails ahead of each shipment, we're unable to offer refunds for charges made simply because a subscription was forgotten about. Please cancel or pause your subscription any time before your next billing date if you no longer wish to receive shipments.

Your Legal Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your first subscription order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right applies to your initial order and does not extend to every renewal.

Satisfaction Guarantee Exclusion for Subscriptions

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first purchase and does not apply to subscription renewals.

Failed Payments and Suspended Subscriptions

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until updated payment details are provided.

Price Changes

If we need to change your subscription price, we'll notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
